The best time of year is here again! Isn't it cool how the dark and dismal months of winter can be made so wonderful through lights, time with family, service, and a focus on Christ? There's probably something to be learned from that (;
We hope this past year has left you healthy, happy, and as blessed as we feel we have been. This year has been a life-changing one for our family, that's for sure!
ANDREW (23) graduated from BYU in April! He received a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, and began working as a Software Developer. He's currently working at Qualtrics and is enjoying the team environment and working with a good friend from school. He participated in a coding competition at BYU in October where his team placed second at BYU and third in State! He started a Master's Degree in Computer Science online through Illinois State University, and enjoys working on personal coding projects (like teaching a computer to learn to play connect four) in his free time.
HANNA (21) graduated from BYU
with her degree in Neuroscience just this week! She finished off her degree strong with one of the highest grades in her Neuroscience Capstone class and was chosen as a Hinckley Scholar. She began taking a clogging class again this year with her older sister and they are clogging a the "Champ" level and planning on clogging competitively for the first time this next year! She enjoys reading, planning family adventures, and being a mom (:

Errands taking a little longer but also becoming more fun (:
Charlie getting to hang out with her favorite guy! She's so lucky to have a cousin who lives close and who adores her as much as he does.
We also moved to Wymount, later moved to Orem, went on a couple backpacking trips, partied with our Peters family in Washington in August, celebrated our second anniversary, had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family, and are living it up celebrating Christmas this week with our Jacobson family <3
NEXT YEAR will bring a trip Andrew and Hanna have planned for Iceland (!!), participating in the Hill Cumorah Pageant (we just found out we were accepted for the cast!!), hearing back from graduate schools for Hanna, Charlie walking and having her first birthday, and moving (to our 4th place since being married) as we hopefully head to begin Hanna's graduate program to become an Occupational Therapist.
We hope this letter has found you happy and well. We are so grateful for the many blessings in our lives, and we're especially the great people we get to share our lives with <3 Merry Christmas!!!
